Shipping policy 
Products will be shipped upon completion of payment. Your order will be shipped to the address specified during your checkout process. Once we have shipped an item you should receive tracking information via email. If you do not please contact us.
Once an item reaches the post office we are no longer liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged. If something is delayed, or you have a problem receiving the item, please let us know and we will of course do anything we can to help locate the package.
If you live local to Dover, Ohio and would like to pick up your order please place your order and select Local Pickup at checkout. You will be emailed instructions for scheduling your Pickup!
