All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS attached. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will NOT be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
If you opt to cancel an order prior to the shipping of your goods an 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover all processing fees.
If you receive an item and it’s too large or small and you’d like another size, we recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the return product so that you do not miss out on the item. Account credits will not be initiated until we’ve received & processed the returns. You are more than welcome to wait until your shop credit is issued to purchase the replacement item, if it’s still available.
Defects or Problems With Your Order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at simplytwentytwollc@gmail.com within 10 DAYS of receipt of items, to inform us of the issue. We are more than happy to look at each situation individually and offer exchanges or credits as needed, but you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. If we are not notified within 10 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. Items must be unworn and unwashed to ensure the item was received defective.
*We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.*
*Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor / phone resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
*We do our best to help with sizing advise through messages however without having everyone's body here we are unable to 100% guarantee an item will fit based off of our communications and advise, which is our personal opinion.
